10th Annual San Francisco Living: Home Tours Weekend

The AIA San Francisco Home Tours Series advances our collective understanding of how architecture impacts our daily lives. Each year we celebrate the wealth of great residential design in our region, showcasing ways innovative structures provide more than shelter, but contribute to our unique quality of life. The San Francisco Living: Home Tours provides visitors with the exclusive opportunity to see some of the city's most cutting-edge residential projects from the inside out during our monthlong Architecture and the City Festival, held each September.
Online ticket sales close at 5:00 pm Friday, September 14. Tickets can be purchased or picked up in person at the Home Tours Headquarters Saturday and Sunday starting at 9:00 am.
Please note the following information:
+ AIA San Francisco members must have a valid AIA member ID# to receive the member rate.
+ Tickets purchased before September 1st will be mailed to the address provided by the purchaser. Tickets purchased after this date may be picked up at the Home Tours Headquarters the day of the event.
+ On September 1st, tickets will increase to $70 for AIA members and $85 for General Admission. Purchase early to avoid disappointment!
+ Students Tickets are available for $50. However must be purchased day-of at the headquarters or in person at AIA San Francisco, 130 Sutter Street, Suite 600, San Francisco. Please present a valid student ID.
+ Teachers (SFUSD and MCSD only) are invited to enjoy the Home Tours program free of charge. Please present a valid ID day-of at the headquarters or in person at AIA San Francisco, 130 Sutter Street, Suite 600, San Francisco, for complimentary admission.
+ Bicyclists receive a discount and must be present with their bicycle day-of at the headquarters to purchase discount tickets ($50 for AIA Member and General Admission).
+ Online sales end on September 14th at 12:00 pm. Tickets will be available for day-of purchase at the Home Tours Headquarters, pending availability.
+ Tickets are transferable, but not refundable. Tours happen rain or shine.
